Sighting: On the 14th of August in holland, at 01:15 AM i went to bed. Every night before i go to bed i look for a while out the window. This night i saw a sort of plain coming down near the coast, thats about 20 km away from my house. After i saw some strange lights there were 2 or 3 Dutch F-16's near the "plain". The were shooting on it but it won't crashdown, then there was a uge light bolt coming out the "plain" and it was aming for 1 of the F-16's. The F-16 was crashing but the next morning there was nothing in the newspaper or on the tv. There were other whitnisses, but they deni everything of it... Ido not know what happened with other F-16's, after a bright light they were al gone. |

Sighting: On August,16,1971 I've had the missforntune of observing the folling discribed U.F.O.. The craft was manta ray shape by construction. Had a very wide front end and tapered to a narrow rounded tail end. On the front was a dark green oval bubble shaped canopy, The wings of the craft were like that of a manta ray and had what appeared to be engines on them. What appeared to be engines had a dark green cone on them. No tail fins could be seen. Color of craft was a dark gray. Width of craft was about 100 Ft. Legnth of craft was about 80 Ft. Height at front of craft was about 10 - 15 Ft. This craft made no sound at all. If anyone has seen the craft I just discribed please contact me at your convience. Sighting: Well, sorry for my english, but you all say you know what the aurora is. You believe you saw it. But have you ever seen SR 71? The aurora has similar design. I know that it has a name - it's called SR 75 "Penetrator". The differences between SR 71 Blackbird and so called "aurora" (The Penetrator) are: 1. The type and location of vertical stabilizers (SR 71 has two whole-moving stabilators with tips to the centerline at the upper side of engine nacelles and Aurora (The Penetrator)has two stabilizers (i guess) with tips aimed outside and mounted at wing tips). 2. Of course the type of engines. No jets (as at SR 71), but some kind of pulse engines. No nacelles (it's engines or a part of them are in the fuselage, ). I don't know where the inlet (?) is. 3. The materials. I think it consists of ceramics and plastics (at least the leading edge of the wing - it looks black or very dark grey), and the whole plane is coloured "shining metal" like chrome. 4. SR 71 and aurora have very similar cross-sections design, but aurora is a bit (maybe 20%) larger. The crew is 2 or 3 men. 5. Aurora *could* carry drones. the upper side of aurora is totally flat, but with some kind of "bay" in the "center-end". Of course the drone is mounted externally, but the bay is used to retract "pylon" after drone launching. I guess the plane is suborbital. Perhaps it could be used to "low-space" flying. 6. Aurura's speed could be no less then 5 (or 6 maybe) Mach. 7. The base where it could be found is in Nevada, Arizona or Alaska (that is!). But not the "area 51" (it is "fake"), "area 51" is used to camouflage the true research facility. I guess the true base is also called "Groom Lake" but it is in Arizona. 8. I think it has flaps (i don't remember), but if it has none (as on SR 71), it would be very difficult to land even if you have the 6-miles runway. Of course it could have skids, but "i honestly don't know". Do not ask where i got this information. |

Sighting: I was driving my car and had a friend aboard with me...My speed was about 40 miles/h. The weather was nice, the sun started to give an orange color to the horizon, and it was in the country. The 2 windows of my car were down. Sudenly, my friend and me could see something flying very fast from our right to our left at an altitude of about 800 to 1000 feet from the ground and about 800 to 1000 feet ahead from the car. It was a black triangle with 3 flashing lights of different colors under the body, and I'd evaluate the speed at about mach 1.5 ; the speed was increbible, but as human eyes are incredible too, it's like if I'd have taken a picture of it with my eyes when it was across from my eyes. And despite the high speed, there wasn't any noise. Silence. To tell you, a F-5 Tiger once flew across from my car at the same altitude at a speed of about mach 0.6 and I made a jump in my car coz it was so loud !!! |

Sighting: I camped out at the blackmail box to watch the red flag exercises at Rachel ( next to Area51) after the night exercise I camped out in the car to watch the base. I was awaken around 5am by a local who camped out in his car to observe the base aswell. At approx 5.30am he directed my attention to just behind Bald Mountain. With my binoculars I witnessed the craft for approx 10 seconds. I can only describe it as a large rectangular craft. Approx width 500ft and it was moving very slowly banked down and left, it then disapeared behind the mountains and that was that. There was no noise and I would describe the colour as grey. In my opinion this was obviously a black military craft that is still to be admitted to the public. 30 minutes later the F22 Raptor was being tested for approx 45 minutes over head and low around the base itself. |

Sighting: Well, It was a weird sighting of a now public aircraft which was still rather sensitively treated in the USA at the time, as when I was walking home from school a 3-ship of aircraft passed overhead in a Echelon formation, the lead aircraft being a YF-22 Lightning II, with its compatriots being two F-15E Strike Eagles- most probably from RAF Lakenheath in the U.K. Does anyone else have any reports of YF-22/YF-23's being deployed outside of the USA? I was quite shocked by this, and didn't believe it at the time. |

Sighting: My partner and I were sat in the garden, it was a clear night and I had my binoculars with me, hoping to see some satellites. I was just looking at the constellation Lyre when right through the field of view passed three, grey, triangles. They were travelling "point forward" but the odd thing was that they were rotating about a common centre. They weren't physically connected as I could see the starfield pass through the formation. After about 30 seconds they stopped rotating and came to halt almost overhead. There were no contrails or navigation lights visible and at no time did I hear any noise. Not knowing what I was looking at I couldn't give an estimation of their height, but I would have to guess at 20,000 plus feet. The three triangles were visible to the naked eye. After a few seconds the formation split up, one heading towards North Wales the other two headed over in the Liverpool direction. There is an airbase (Warton) at which there are rumoured to be secret flying triangles so there may be a connection. I'm a keen plane spotter and live under one of the main flight paths into Manchester Airport so I know what a regular aircraft looks like and these weren't regular. |

Sighting: IT was about 500 FT up and completely silent{probably had it's engines off}.It flew relatively slowly at about 70 mph at about 400 ft. I was on the balcony of the ocean landings resort with a pair of binoculars looking at cruise ships when I noticed 5 lights on the underside of a triangular airship My cousin and both of my brothers saw it too. |

Sighting: The only reason i'm doing this is because my friend told me about this site and wanted me to tell everyone that reads this stuff to know what happened to me.Ok here goes, it was in the month of August and i always go for walks at night cause i live in the most boring place on earth, anyways, i usualy stop and sit down on top of a cliff were me and my friends usualy go and and hang out cause you can see the whole town from up their and the river and the mountains on the quebec side. So i'm siting their, when all of a sudden this weird looking light, it was like a purple/green, but it was bright as hell...So as i'm trying to get a good look at it, the damn thing stops over the mountain side, i did get a pretty good look at it, cause from were i was sitting you could see perfectly, it wasn't round like everyone thinks they are but it had short wings,but i know for a fact it wasn't a plane because Canada can not afford aircraft like that cause this thing just stoped in mid-air like as if it was looking for something, then as soon as i was awair of what was going on it took off, in the opposite direction, it looked like a purple shooting star when it left. thats when i got the hell out of their, i tried to explain it to my dad cause he beleives in that kind of stuff, but he thought i was just bull shitting him, so the only other person i told was my friend, and he's the one that told me to come to this site, but hey i meen their must be a logical explanation for this, it was probably just a plane, but like i said in canada we don't got that kind of military equipement...thats my story beleive it if you will, cause i'm still trying too!!! |

Sighting: me, my brother, and our neighbors were out playing basketball one night and after me and my brother won we went inside our house and our neighbors went home. after about 45 seconds our neighbors were banging on the door claiming to see a ufo and i followed them to there house.. BAM it was right there! i was amazed and frightened at the same time. it was black, looked like a disc, and had lights all around it but not like the average airline lights.. no these were multicolored and they didnt flash. we watched the ufo fly around it seemed to be going back and forth then it just stopped, mid in the air for a second or 2 and streaked away faster than anything i have ever seen before out into space. to this day i remember it even though my brother tries to deny it.. i know i saw something that night. my neighbors tried to take a picture but when they had it developed it came out blank. quite mysterious dont you think? |

Sighting: I was walking home with a friend of mine who lives around the corner and scross the road from my house is a college. He was talking to me when i glance up at the roof of the college. When i looked up i saw what appeared to be a very bright blue elipsical object, it obviously wasn't exactly above the college but from where i was it looked that. I kept watching it, my friend was still talking to me and had no idea what i was staring at. I was fixated my this object but after about 10 seconds of looking at the object it shot off like a bullet out of sight. I asked my friend did he see it but he didn't. I have no clue what so ever to what it could have been but i swear on everyone's life on earth that i saw a blue elipsical object in the sky |

Sighting: I don't know what I saw, but when I did see it I was looking North and saw a very larg object with quickly flashing bright white lights going East.A few moments after I saw it, it hovered, and then took off at the same speed only to the West. When it turned to go West I saw a soild red light and I think a blue glow. Even though it was going at least as fast as a fighter plan, it made no noise! Sighting: It happened when I was in a car, I looked out the front passenger window and I saw this glowing light. The light looked far away but I knew it couldn't have been a plane because I know a plane when I see one. The light was yellow and it was moving though in a few seconds it just vanished suddently. I may not believe in area 51 but I do believe what I saw that day. |

Sighting: My friend, who is ded now .saw it first ,we were rideing in my black 1977dodge van ,when I stoped for a red light . my friend was looking up at the light ,when said look up a UFO ..I thought he was kidding but he said It three more times times and I finaly looked up and there it was ,we could only see the bottom because it was right above us and there was a hole lot of other car's there to but we were the only ones to seeI dont know why eather .but all we could see was big white light in the middle and red,green,blue lights around the edges it made no kind of sound, and when it took off it left a streak of light like nothing I have before and agan it made no kind of sound ,I have my own ideas where it came from contact me |

Sighting: Well, first off, I didn't see anything BUT you can tell when you hear a stealth flying over your home. My main reason for reporting this is to see if anyone else in the Eastern TN area have had any sightings. We have seen so much military "commotion" around here lately it's unreal. They fly out towards the mountains and don't come back. It's getting to where we see or hear something at LEAST once a month. We actually did see the stealth itself about a year ago but this time, we only heard it and it was flying EXTREMELY LOW. Anyways, if anyone has any info for me, please email me!!! Sighting: i was going down the new knowsley bypass when i heard this very loud super sonic boom and i know that it was supersonic because craft are not allowed to supersonic over land and i looked up and saw this triangular shaped aircraft flying at 500ft and when i got home i drew a picture of it and know i now it was the AURORA |

Sighting: I was walking near my uncle's farm house, and I met George Weltings, the neighbor. He was telling me about who he discovered that a trapdoor in one of my Uncle's rooms led to something like a laboratory. Huh? I was about to just call him crazy and leave, when he said there was a lock on the door. He started telling me, "The Combination is 34..." Before he could tell me the other numbers, I heard a strange whirling noise in the north. Minutes laterm, an aircraft loomed dangerously in the sky. It looked like a military plane, but it... wasn't? Anyway, it sure didn't look like the kinds of planes you see, even in those military websites. It looked too high tech; maybe alien technology?! Well, as I said, George was about to tell me the numbers when a slot on the 'plane' (It wasn't even that high up!) opened up, revealing a menacing looking turret. In seconds, a white flash of light blinded me like a flash bang, with a loud, renching sound, and when my vision cleared... the field was on fire, and George was dead. The farm house had burned to a crisp, and I never found out if the secret room existed. Then, that... thing... flew away, leaving me alive. |

Sighting: I went outside to let the dog in and heard a decently loud jet engine so i looked up in the air and saw a strange shaped plane it had at least twenty small red lights around the bottom they were just smaller than the landing lights on a cessna.Well the plane looked like a b2 with a nose cone added on the leading tip of the triangle.It was very strange.Planes fly over my house alot and i usually look at them So i know about how high they fly and besides a couple of army ah-64s and a flight of uh-1 hueys this plane was flying lower than ive seen any plane fly by the house, Anywhere from 1000 feet to 1400 feet.Has anyone else seen a plane like this or the one i described in my earlier post?If you have e-mail me at Snodrvr@aol.com |

Sighting: Well i was standing outside when i heard jet engines Not Loud engines just your regular jets.Well i looked up and saw what at the time i Thought to myself "that looks like an xb-70" I knew the last xb 70 was at wright patterson air force base though.The pictures of the "brillant buzzard" look about right for the plane i saw.He was real high up though so i cant improve the accuracy of your pictures though but it DID have winglets on the front And LARGE delta wings for the rear. The engines seemed to be positioned along the trailing edge (or the very back)of the wings.I was near a commercial airway at the time i saw it and fort knox (a military training center for helicopters and tanks) was about 100 miles away |

Sighting: I saw the plane refered to as "Briliant Buzzard". Nothing much to add to what is posted already. It was exactly as shown in the picture except the canard wings seemed to extend out from closer to the nose of the plane and at an angle. Not straight out perpendicular to the body of the plane. Delta wings with upswept edges. Seemed rather long and the delta wings were wide. Wasn't moving particularly fast and was flying what seemed to be low. A very easy and clear view of all aspects of the plane. |

Here where i live there are UFO's every month. The people around here claim to not see any thing. but after anyone reports a sighting their a government officials here. Sighting: My brother, a friend and myself were at Goose Neck Canyon, a scenic state run lookout. This is a very remote area and we were the only people there. All of a sudden we were startled by a huge "roar","rumbling" or something from our left. We looked and we saw a huge black aircraft with no markings at all. It was so low to the ground we could see the pilot and he looked down at us. I've seen a stealth fighter and it was much larger than that. The shape was triangular with a bit of a nose. Although it was moving fast and I only saw it for 3-4 seconds, it made a big impression on me. I have searched every "official" listing to try and find out what it was , with no luck. After seeing illustrations of the Aurora on various websites, I can only conclude this plane was infact the Aurora. |

Sighting: I thought you mightbe interested with some interesting activities in the north sea off the NE of england on wednesday. At that time, there were four sonic booms within 10 secs of each other about 5 miles out that shook the ground and smashed windows. In my mind it can only be Aurora although possibly it could of been HALO (british deep black stealth project). This would also coincide with reports of an unlighted large aircraft landing at night at RAF Lakenheath (home of USAFEs 48thFW) with traffic control being told there is nothing landing. There was also an incident two years ago at RAF Boscome Down (the Area 51 of the UK) when there was an emergency landing here, there was a strange shaped aircraft sitting at the end of the runway under tarpaling but according to reports was definately triangular, the SAS were called in and set-up an exclusion zone around the base with a C-5 appearing the next day to take it away. This could have been either a Black Manta, Aurora, or HALO. There is a strong possibility though it was an F22 but not a Eurofighter Typhoon as reports had the craft as being too big. |

Sighting: Being rural and flat, Jordan has a tremendously large, dark sky. In the evening between 8-9pm local time, an object appeared that hovered over the low hills nearby. It was approximately 150 feet long and resembled a large, fat cigar. After hovering for no more than 6 seconds, it darted off at what, in my experience, appeared to be mach 3 or 4 judging by the mach 2 flight of fighter planes I have witnessed. |

Sighting: hello i live in Puerto Rico and i have 13 years old .This is a true story. It was the night before christmas,(december 24 1996-or 1997 i dont really know) it was like 8:30-9:00 pm and we were going to my aunt's house .were i lived it was a third floor apartment and when we were going to the car my mother call us and say: look to the sky .and when we look there was a orb shaped object just like a meteorological ballon and it was like in fire .it was like 200 feets high and when my dad was going to take the binoculars the misterious object throwed a thunder and desapeared. I was walking down the street and to the west I saw the sun setting and I saw a smalll cylinder (soda can) shaped object just hovering above the horizon. Sighting: one night, me and my friend were outside with my telescope. i was looking in a north-easterly direction when all of a sudden i saw a red streak. but this streak was odd in that it was kind of spiked, anyway a second later there was red flash but it was almost as if this thing had exploded and the thing i saw before was the fireball. needless to say i was frightened. i told my friend "WHOA, dju see that?!" he said "see what?" "i don't know. c'mon let's go inside." i didn't want to stick around and find out what it was p.s. for the longest time there have been loud low rumbles that almost shake the ground (and on occasion do) i don't know what these rumbles are but i am several hundred miles from the nearest active AFB. |

Sighting: i watched high alteytude manovers by raf tornadoes over the north east coast of yorkshire. after a while I noticed peculiar smoke plumes in the sky which had a very strange mushroom kind of effect. at no time did I actually see what I thought to be the aurora but there was a very low pitched, dull noise present through out all of the manoeuvres. maybe raf and usaf doing tests? i don't no! |

Sighting: I did not accually see this aircraft but rather felt it. It was a few years ago when I lived in Oregon. I was at home taking a nap in the after noon when I was awoken by the house shaking around me. Two years previous there had been an earthquake so I assumed that I had just been in another minor one. On the news that night one of the local stations was reporting that many people had called in asking if there had infact been an earthquake, they went on to report that the Air Force had made a press release that it was not an earthquake but two B-1 bombers going super-sonic while on manuvers near the town of John Day. This did not make much sense since I live nowhere near John Day, in fact John Day is more than 100 miles away! Wouldn't the bombers have to have flown over me for me to feel the shock wave? Further more what were two B-1's doing in Oregon? Training? I'm not aware of B-1's stationed at Pang Air Base in Portland. Could they be from McCord or Mountain Home? I'm not sure if B-1's are station there either. Even if they are why where they near John Day. Isn't there restrictions on super-sonic flight near populated areas. What ever the reason I still did not the Air Force press release. The news reported nothing further. I can only assume that something super secret had flown over that day. Perhaps it was the Aurora at extreamly high altatude. The only other reason I could think of was it was not a plane at all but underground nuclear testing? What ever it was I know it was not B-1's and the Air Force wanted everyone to think that for some reason. |

Sighting: I was out fishin on my boat on Banks Lake, when i heard a strange, soft noise coming towards the lake.I sat quietly and listened.The noise grew louder and closer.When all of a sudden, I saw this sharp black aircraft,triangular in shape, fly over the lake at and amazing speed.The aircraft was extremely low, so my boat was tipped.As i came from under the water,i saw the aircraft with some sort of bay on the bottom closing up.I suspected afterward that the aircraft was on a test bombing of the lake;until it must have seen me and bugged out.This is all very true.When i told a friend,he told me that Moody Air Force Base runs a classified aircraft program. |

Sighting: I was in the antarctic near the south pole. I was trying to reach the southpole. I saw an american air force base that was top secret kind of like area 51. Maybe I should dub this base are 52. What I saw that came out of their will shock you. I saw these jets that looked like they could fly in outer space, and these huge armor suits that looked like they could fight in space(they kind of looked like those armored suits from that cartoon gundam wing thats the best way to describe it) and they were pulled by these small snowmobiles which were extremely strong. Aliens were there talking to high ranking officers. The aliens looked very similar to ourselves except for the fact that they were bluish and had various colors of eyes. I overheard them talking about having high tech technology unavailable to the public because other nations might discover it and use it against the united states. Sighting: I used to work in Area 51 untill 4 months a go. I was part of the team for keeping secret operations underraps. I saw a lot of things the newspapers and the world would be interisted in. The government are keeping recovered ufo's in area 51. In bunker P18 there is a small pointed craft with no wheels or suport. The controls are very different from anything on earth. The machine is not in a good enough condition to fly. This is the most emazing thing I saw..... In sector A640 a recovered body of an "alien" is kept. It is like a typical gray (this suprised me) and was pinkish in colour. It had no real hands or feet, just stubs. After seeing this I was thrown out of the military and thretons that if I told anybody I would be killed. This is all true. |

Sighting: i was in my garden sun bathing in the brilliant sun shine when i heard what sounded like an airoplane(not unusal as there is a flight path over my house!)i looked up only to see a black aircraft no more than 200 feet above me moving at incredable speed. i told my brother but he said it was quite posserbley a boing of some discription, but when i thought about it it couldent have been - not at 200 feet surley. |

Sighting: I was in the back seat of a car on the way to Black Mountain and had nothing better to do, so I was watching the clouds. I saw what i thought was an airplane, but looked more disk-like fly behind a very thin cloud, the kind that a normal aircraft would emerge from seconds later. Sighting: I was out fishing on the Muskegon river with my father and my uncle and I saw what I thought was a satellite. We all looked at it and all of the sudden, it changed direction. Then it took off like a rocket in the other direction. It looked as if it were going as fast as a shooting star. |

Sighting: We (three police officers, one a sergeant) were walking out to our cars and saw a triangle shaped craft, or something. The thing had cross-shaped white colored things on each point. It flew west toward Orange County at no more than 2000 feet, totally silent!!! Then, it abruptly turned, and flew east toward March A.F.B., very quickly. The thing was totally silent the entire time. The three of us thought we were losing our minds. We were told that the Chief Of Police was so interested, that he personally called the A.F.B. and Ontario (CA.) airport to find out what we saw. No one had any kind of explanation. I will never forget what I saw that night. I'm not some kind of freak, I know what I saw was something military...I hope...I think. Sighting: I belong to the US AirForce. I was part of internal security of area 51. After seeing an expirment I was let go and they told me never to talk about what I saw. But, after a while I found this site. So Here what I saw: In room 22 A, there is a big device, with ancient looking letters. When I peaked into the room to check everything out to make sure no intruders where in that room since the room that the device was in was suppose to be closed, but there was the device activated. Well out of the device to humans appeared and I called it in and instead of the alarms going off in the normal procedures, my commanding officer had been come to his office and I saw told that I had to leave and I was being kicked out of the airforce. |

Sighting: I was walking into the main entrance of the school with my friends for the school disco. Two of my friends saw it and shouted me. I looked up and saw a glow in the sky but it was moving. At first we thought it was a aeroplane but then it changed to two lights, 1 red light and 1 yellow light. It was still moving but the lights weren't flashing so it wasn't an aeroplane. Sighting: Well I have two sightings to report. The first was in early December 1999, my friend and I saw about six white lights shooting in all directions in the southern sky and then we kept watching them move to the north and suddenly disapear.That was at about 9:30 pm. The other sighting was at one or two in the morning in late december maybe even january. We were sleeping outside on the trampoline, and all of a suddent eh stars disappered in a shape of a triangle and there was no noise which we couldnt understand. well i hope that helps |

Sighting: This is what I saw: It was a bright object--about I would say 50 miles away-- it had a ring of light emitting from it. It appeared to be stationary for quite some time, disappeared and then reappeared about 30 minutes later. The ring surrounded the bright object. Sighting: Aurora was on final approach (VMR) to 27R LHR when suddenly a ufo appeared approx 4 miles to Auroras rear and paced same for most of approach. Approx 4miles from runway ufo veared sharp 90deg to port and accelerated to @ 1500 mph until out of sight. Ufo seemed to be of triangular shape with blue/red lights on each corner and a white spot light at centre which was trained on Aurora for several seconds. I believe that Aurora has landed at LHR on several occasions (seen by myself more than once) as part of a cunning plan- because who would think to look for a stealth a/c at one of the world's busiest airports? |

Sighting: Two interesting stories, same weekend trip to Arizona: I live in Jackson, Mississippi and went out to Ganado, Arizona a year and a half ago or so to visit my girlfriend. We drove down to Sedona for a day trip and were driving back later in the evening (I can't remember the time but I am sure it was completely dark). We were driving across open range (I would call it desert being from Mississippi) and we finally found a large gas station in the middle of nowhere. There were several other customers there in the parking lot and we were pumping the gas when out of nowhere a sonic boom just about blew us to the ground. I didn't have but a second to look up and see what looked like a F-111 sized/shaped plane that looked to me like it was on full afterburner (blue flame half the length of the plane with "glowing balls" in the exhaust). The interesting thing is that it "buzzed" the gas station. It couldn't have been more than 500 feet above us and it went directly overhead. The really intersting thing is that the next day i heard on the radio in the car that there was "a crash of a F-15 reported in the desert the night before." Kinda wierd. I wonder what all took place. Now, story number two. Same week. Much weirder. I had left my girlfriend on the Navajo reservation and headed back to my job in Mississippi. We had an arguement so I was upset and decided to leave that night instead of waiting to drive the next day. My route took me through Albquerque, New Mexico and I was getting kind of tired by the time I was a couple hours east of Albquerque. I pulled my pickup to the side of the road and got in my sleeping bag in the back of the pickup (I put a mattress in the back to save a few bucks). I was sleepy but I was by no means so tired that I had lost my judgement for the night. As I lay there watching the stars I started to notice that one of the "stars" was moving and moving fast! When I say fast I mean this UFO was moving across a whole half of the SouthWest hemisphere in a matter of seconds and whenever it turned it would turn on a dime and go in a whole new direction as if laws of inertia didn't exist. For some moments it would kind of dance or shake in one spo After some time the lights just cut off and disappeared in the sky. It wasn't like they went down to the ground to land or something. Pretty neat huh? I do consider it a fact there is other life in the universe but I do doubt that that life has made it to our neck of the universe. Pretty wild thought to me that our government has developed technology that would do something like that. The speeds and G-forces I witnessed in the desert are unimaginable to me. Sighting: My parents live in the truman lake area of Missouri. We always see high altitude moving objects during the late evening and late night hours. These objects are bright in the lighted sense. We are always buzzed by low flying military aircraft, most of the time late in the week. The pilots of these aircraft sometimes turn back when you snap photos of them. I have personally had A-10's and cobra attack helicopters turn around in flight and buzz me at very low altitude after taking photos of them. I have seen cobra attack helicopters, with loaded rocket pods and missiles on the wing racks pass by the house. I once even had a cobra chopper lower his vulcan nose cannon at me after I took a photo of him. |

Sighting: I saw something strange this weekend while camping on Boulder Mountain, in south-central Utah. It was a nice night, with millions of stars visible in a cloudless sky. I was gazing out at them through the top of my tent, trying to go to sleep, when I noticed a flashing airplane light coming out of the west. At that point, I could only see the light through the fabric of my tent, but it grabbed my attention because it seemed very white and bright, not colored like most planes you see. I figured it was probably pretty low, and didn't seem to be moving that fast. As it got closer, it came into the view of the top of my tent, which is clear mesh material (for star gazing). At this point, I knew I was seeing something strange. There was definetly some kind of strobe on the bottom of this plane, and it was very easy to tell that it wasn't a normal plane. It was reminiscent of the stealth bomber in that it looked like a flying wing, but it was more ray-shaped. Another thing, it wasn't black. |

Sighting: It's a long story, and I might leave some things out because it started years ago when I was teenager. The first sighing that I had was when I was abou 14. I noticed a bright white light..with a few differet colors(red,blue and I think green). Several other people saw the same thing, i was on the news. They said it was a weather balloon. The next time I noticed something was in the day time. I was driving home from school, and was something long and I guess it could be described as cigar shaped flying over head being followed by 4 or 5 black helicopters. The last sighting I had was last year with a few friends of mine. We were going out to eat when we saw a triangular shaped aircraft....flying low.. and making no noise. From what we could see it was being followed by A-10's from the CT national guard. So everything that I have seen has made me want to know more about wha's going so recently I formed a UFO rearch group. However, my brother who, at he time was employed by a MAJOR airline befriended a DC-10 pilot who told my brother of a "near miss" with an Aurora over the Nevada desert. The airline filed a formal complaint with the USAF and their rebuttal was "we did not have any aircraft in the area but, it was unarmed". |

Sighting: This is what I saw: ok, I was with my family and a friend, in the American west, about 50 miles away from old Tucson studios, we were taking a picture of a giant cactus, when I saw something far away moving at a really high speed. I only saw a silver dot, but though it was moving quite fast it made absolutely no noise. It was flying over a mountain, really low, but fast. The sun was shining a lot, so the only thing I saw was a blinding light, something that seemed to be in a color similar to silver, we all saw it, but couldn’t take pictures of it 'cause it was moving too fast, and by the time we had the camera ready it was gone. Sighting: I was driving home on March 16th when I noticed a bright light fairly low in the sky. I assumed it was just an airliner with it's landing lights on, not and uncommon sight about 20 miles from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. A few minutes later I noticed that my route had taken me directly under it. There was a full moon that night and the light was bouncing off low clouds, so I could see whatever it was quite clearly. It was black and at least wedge shaped, maybe a perfect triangle. There was a funny looking large white light near the middle slightly towards the front, the best way I can think of to describe it is orb-shaped. There was a small red light right next to the white one and a small green light on each wingtip. None of these were blinking. It was flying probably no more than 100 feet of the ground and extremely slow, my guess is 50-75 mph, and it was completely silent. It was also fairly large, much bigger than any kind of fighter, private plane, etc. Just before I lost sight of it about a minute later I saw it bank gently to the left. I mentioned it to my Dad and he said that a few years ago he saw it too in the same area. His description was almost exactly the same as mine. Although Pennsylvania isn't exactly the best place to fly a top-secret aircraft, I'm absolutely sure of what I saw. |
